Dirk Graber studied Business & Management science in Marburg, Hong Kong, Moscow and Leipzig. He graduated with a Diploma from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Before he founded Mister Spex, Dirk worked for several years as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. Further work experiences include eBay, Jamba, KPMG and Commerzbank.
Dr. Mirko Caspar studied business administration at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster and holds a PhD in marketing / brand strategies. While working for various companies he was able to gain significant experience in brand communication. So far his most important career stations have been a consulting role focused on brand management at McKinsey, his position as Director Business Development at Universal Music and his responsibility as co-founder and CEO at the virtual-reality-company Metaversum. At Mister Spex, Caspar is the co-managing director and in charge of the marketing and sales department.
